There are different ways to acquire knowledge about processes, products and sales arguments related to genuine Mercedes-Benz remanufactured parts.

into 4 modules:

  • Module 1: Interesting facts about remanufactured parts
  • Module 2: Take-back criteria
  • Module 3: CORS
  • Module 4: Test

Chapters 1 and 2 provide you with the basics on genuine Mercedes-Benz remanufactured parts and the take-back criteria for old parts. Chapter 3 specifically addresses warehouse parts advisors who work with the CORS software and/or will work with it in future and explains the simplified return delivery of removed parts using CORS. You can test the knowledge you gained in chapter 1 and 2 following the learning portion in chapter 4.

Reman parts table

Convince your dealers and customers about the benefits to reman parts. The best and fastest way to achieve this is to use a “Reman parts table”. During this type of event, you compare selected Reman products with the parts from competitors and can thus show that reman parts clearly stand out in terms of the well-known Mercedes-Benz quality and performance.
