Information regarding installation for employees of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and its subsidiaries
- On all workstations, which are managed through a Mercedes-Benz Group AG software management (SCCM and / or IT shop), it is not allowed to perform a manual installation as described for external users.
- An installation package for OpenWebStart 1.1.7 has been made available by HQ for all locations. For all local workstations the OpenWebStart package can be ordered from the IT-Shop (Karakun OpenWebStart 1.1.7 MUI (QEV111AIL48M)) , or contact your IT responsible for software management / distribution. Please don't ask the After-Sales support units, where the package can be found in the IT-Shop. This information is location specific. Thank you!
- OWS should be installed until the end of October 2020
